Plaintiffs William R. Murphy, W. Darrel McCabe, and Richard L. Adkins (the “Retirees”) are retired, former employees of Defendant Keystone Steel & Wire Company, a Division of Keystone Consolidated Industries, Inc. (“Keystone”). Plaintiff Independent Steel Workers Alliance (“Union”) is and has been the collective bargaining agent for Keystone’s active employees during and since the Retiree’s employment at Keystone.
