MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
ALBRITTON, Chief Judge.
I. INTRODUCTION
Before the court is a Motion for Class Certification filed by the Plaintiffs on November 20, 1998. The Plaintiffs originally filed their Complaint in this ease on December 30, 1997. They allege that Defendant Michelin North America, Inc. (“Michelin”) made unilateral adverse changes in the health insurance benefits afforded hourly retirees. Plaintiffs bring this action under 29 U.S.C. § 185 for breach of collective bargaining agreements, and under 29 U.S.C. § 1132 for interference with rights protected by the Employee Retirement…
