This cause is before the Court upon the petition of the National.Labor Rela tions Board for enforcement of its order, issued June 18, 1965, against Challenge-Cook Brothers of Ohio, Inc., the respondent herein. This Court has jurisdiction of the proceeding, the alleged unfair labor practices having occurred in Bryan, Ohio, within this judicial circuit. Section 160(e), Title 29, U.S.C.
