Plaintiffs appeal from the district court’s dismissal of their claims under Fed. R.Civ.P. 12(b)(6). For the reasons outlined below, we AFFIRM in part and REVERSE in part.

Plaintiff-Appellant Freightliner of Knoxville, Inc. (“FOK”) is a Tennessee corporation authorized to sell and service the Freightliner brand of medium- and heavy-duty trucks.
