This case was originally instituted in the district court of Murray county, Okla., by Jim Long, plaintiff, against Annie Cooper, defendant, and thereafter, on motion to intervene, James Cooper was made a party defendant, and filed his answer which necessitated the intervention of the party Boyd B.
