BREDSOE, District Judge.
This is an action brought under the provisions of title 2, §§ 21 to 23, inclusive, of the National Prohibition Act. Those sections provide substantially that any room, house, structure, or place where intoxicating liquor is manufactured, sold, kept, or bartered in violation of law, together with all intoxicating liquor and property kept and used in maintaining the same, is declared to be a common nuisance punishable by fine and imprisonment.
