This case is a proposed class action lawsuit in which plaintiff Jeryl Y. Moll alleges *628that defendant U.S. Life Title Insurance Company of New York (“U.S. Life”) has been paying kickbacks to real estate attorneys who steer their clients to U.S. Life for title insurance. According to the plaintiff, such actions violate the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act, 12 U.S.C. § 2601, et seq. (“RESPA”) and the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act, 18 U.S.C. § 1961, et seq. (“RICO”). Mrs. Moll’s claims are based on an…
