I. INTRODUCTION.
Plaintiff Equal Employment Opportunity Commission ("EEOC") complains that Defendants MJC, Inc., and GAC Auto Group, Inc., which separately or together *1208own or operate a car dealership, violated the Americans with Disabilities Act ("ADA") by failing to hire Ryan Vicari because he had a hearing disability.
