WILKINS, Justice:

This is an appeal from a judgment and decree of the District Court of Box Elder County, sitting without a jury, in which the Court ruled against plaintiff’s contention that she was entitled to the property in dispute on the basis of the doctrine of boundary by acquiescence. This case involves a boundary dispute between the parties, who are adjoining landowners in Box Elder County.
