ORDER
BUA, District Judge.
This matter concerns plaintiffs motion for reconsideration of this court’s December 1, 1986 ruling denying plaintiff’s motion to dismiss Count II of defendant’s countercomplaint. For the reasons stated herein, this court grants plaintiff’s motion for reconsideration and grants summary judgment on Count II of defendant’s countercomplaint insofar as it claims punitive damages.
