I. Introduction

This insurance coverage dispute arises from a non-core adversary proceeding originally commenced before the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York on May 1, 1995. Plaintiff John S. Pereira is the Chapter 11 Trustee of the estate of Payroll Express Corporation and Payroll Express Corporation of New York (collectively, “PEC”).
