In this civil action, the Court has once again been called upon to decide issues concerning insurance coverage for the liability of Lafarge Corporation and Lafarge Canada Inc. (hereinafter collectively “Lafarge”) arising as a result of the Lone Star Industries, Inc. (hereinafter “Lone Star”) multidistrict proceedings, MDL No. 827.
