The workmen’s compensation law of this state requires that, to be compensable, an injury to or the death of plaintiff’s decedent, James E. Stevens, and arise out of his employment. See Section 1465-68, General Code; Fassig v. State, ex rel. Turner, Atty. Genl., 95 Ohio St., 232, 116 N. E., 104; Slanina v. Industrial Commission, 117 Ohio St., 329, 158 N.
