Defendant was indicted for the crime of criminal activity in drugs in violation of OKS 167.207, was found guilty by jury verdict and fined $75. Her appeal contains two assignments of error.
The first assignment of error is that the trial court erred in denying defendant’s motion to suppress. The facts pertinent to this assignment are quite simple. Defendant was the passenger in the front seat of an automobile which was stopped at a crosswalk to allow pedestrian traffic to pass.
