The trial court, sitting without a jury, found Orlando Allen Hollis guilty of possession of lysergic acid diethylamide (LSD) with intent to distribute, and guilty of possession of marijuana. On the LSD conviction Hollis was sentenced to confinement in the state penitentiary for a period of twenty-five years, with ten years suspended during his good behavior for a period of twenty years. On the marijuana conviction the trial court withheld imposition of any sentence.
