HALE, Circuit Judge.

This case comes before the eourt upon appeal from the decree of the District Court of Massachusetts giving judgment for the plaintiff, and ordering the defendants to pay to the plaintiff a total sum of $192,837.18, together with the plaintiff’s costs of suit, as the same may be taxed by the clerk.
