On November 20, 1992 this court rendered a decision and order on objections filed on the order of support of Hearing Examiner Catherine Miklitsch dated August 21, 1992, which order of support found that the recent amendment to the Child Support Standards Act, section 143 of chapter 41 of the Laws of 1992, was unconstitutional.
