CATHELL, Judge.

Appellant, Kenneth R. Powell, was injured in an automobile accident while driving his wife’s Nissan. That car was covered by an insurance policy with $20,000/$40,000 uninsured motorist coverage. Mr. Powell also owned another Nissan, not involved in the accident, covered by a separate policy which provided $100,000/$300,000 uninsured motorists coverage. 1 Mr. and Mrs. Powell, as plaintiffs, filed suit against the driver of the other car and against State Farm Mutual Insurance Company, the insurer under both their policies.
