In a suit to recover disability benefits under an insurance policy there was trial by jury, a verdict for plaintiff for $485 with judgment thereon from which defendant appeals.

The insurance policy was delivered September 4, 1924. It was an ordinary life policy for $2,000 with a clause providing for disability benefits. This clause provided that upon due proof the insured had “become totally and permanently disabled by bodily injury or disease, so that he is, and will be, permanently, continuously and wholly prevented thereby from performing any work for compensation, gain or profit, and from…
