I. INTRODUCTION
Plaintiff McKesson Automation, Inc. (“McKesson”) is the owner of U.S. Patent Nos. 5,468, 110 (“the '110 patent”) and 5,593,267 (“the '267 patent”) (collectively, “the patents-in-suit”). The patents-in-suit claim automated systems for selecting and delivering packages to fill orders, such as patient prescriptions.
