I. INTRODUCTION
Plaintiff McKesson Automation, Inc. (“McKesson” or “plaintiff’) is the owner of *803U.S. Patent Nos. 5,468,110 (“the '110 patent”) and 5,593,267 (“the '267 patent”) (collectively, “the patents in suit”). The patents in suit claim automated systems for selecting and delivering packages to fill orders, such as patient prescriptions.
