Fathi Yusuf and United Corporation appeal the Superior Court’s preliminary injunction requiring them to maintain joint management of the three Plaza Extra stores with Mohammad Hamed pending trial on his claim of a partnership interest in the stores. Yusuf and United argue that the injunction must be vacated because Hamed has failed to meet his burden of establishing the need for an injunction and the amount of injunction bond was legally insufficient.
