OPINION AND ORDER

WILLIAM C. CONNER, District Judge:

This action under the antitrust and commodity laws is before the Court on defendants’ motion for summary judgment.

BACKGROUND

Plaintiff Transnor (Bermuda) Ltd. (“Transnor”) is a corporation established under the laws of Bermuda and with its principal place of business there. Trans-nor’s suit arises out of its purchase of two cargoes of North Sea Crude Oil in December 1985 at an average price of $24.50 per barrel for delivery in Scotland in March 1986.
