Donald W. Butler appeals an order of the King County Superior Court imposing an exceptional sentence above the standard range following his guilty plea to one count of robbery in the second degree and one count of attempted rape in the second degree. He contends on appeal that the sentencing court’s finding that the victim was particularly vulnerable is not supported by the record.
