GANTMAN, P.J.:

Appellant, Scott Caplan, appeals from the order entered in the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas, following denial of Appellant’s petition to strike and/or open a confessed judgment in favor of Appellee, Daniel R. Neducsin, in this breach of contract action. We affirm.

The relevant facts and procedural history of this case are as follows. In 1996, Appellant founded Sweat Gyms (“Sweat”), a chain of fitness centers. To expand the chain, on July 21, 2010, Appellant obtained a loan and a $250,000.00 line of credit from Wells Fargo, which Appellee guaranteed. On…
