Referring to the parties as they appeared below, the minor plaintiffs, Malisia Ann Johnson and Sherry Lynn Wagers, filed suits by next friend in an effort to recover damages for personal injuries received in a fall from an amusement ride known as the “Merry Mixer”. The father of each minor child also filed suit to recover the cost of providing- medical care for his child, and to recover for the loss of her services.
