On the allegation that a relation of master and servant existed between plaintiff, Snyder, and defendant, D. M. Rose and Company, Snyder sued the Company for injuries received in the course of his employment and proximately caused by the Company’s 'negligence. On the fourth trial of the case in the Circuit Court of Knox County, plaintiff secured a judgment for $20,000 against D. M. Bose and Company.
