{¶ 1} After pleading no contest to one count of murder, Eric West appeals from a judgment of conviction for the stabbing death of his maternal aunt. West contends that the juvenile court abused its discretion in transferring jurisdiction over him to the general (adult) division of the common pleas court for criminal prosecution. He argues that the totality of the evidence presented to the juvenile court demonstrates that he is amenable to treatment and rehabilitation in a juvenile treatment facility, that there is sufficient time for his rehabilitation in the juvenile…
