WERNICK, Justice.

Howard M. Ibbitson, a worker who was employed by the Sheridan Corporation (Sheridan), has appealed from a pro forma decree of the Superior Court (Kennebec County) affirming the Workers’ Compensation Commission’s decision on a Petition for Review of Incapacity filed by the employer. The Commission decided that the worker’s incapacity had been reduced from total to partial and that he be paid compensation on the basis of 50% partial incapacity.
