This is a motion by defendants Cheston, Cutler, Heard, Coombie, Brown, Sayers, Richards, Whitmer and Amory, sued herein as copartners composing the former firm of Edward B. Smith & Co., as it existed in 1932, to dismiss the complaint as to them on the ground that the cause of action alleged in the com*348plaint against said defendants did not accrue within the period of two years limited by law for the commencement of an action thereon. The first cause of action is the only cause of action directed against these defendants.
