This is an appeal from an order of ■the State Industrial Court awarding death ‘benefits to the Guardians of Harry Thomas Davis and Sherron Kathryn (Davis) Watson, minors, the natural children of Grant “Vincent Davis, who died as a result of an accident in the course of his employment on •October 23, 1958.
