Plaintiff brought suit on defendant’s promissory note given to it in part payment of a cash register. The defense was that the alleged sale was made and the note secured by plaintiff’s agent by means of false and fraudulent representations. The jury rendered a verdict in favoy of defendant; judgment was entered thereon; and plaintiff reviews by writ of error.
