On June 11, 1963, the plaintiffs herein filed a complaint against the defendant corporation for past-due rental payments under two leases which were signed January 10, 1963. One lease was for real property in the city of "Warren, which required the defendant to pay $2,000 per month. The other lease was for certain personal property located on the real estate, which required defendant corporation to pay a total of $102,466.67 at the rate of $2,900 per month.
