DECISION ON MOTION OF CARGILL, INC. FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT

This is an adversary proceeding which arises in the above-identified chapter 7 bankruptcy. The adversary proceeding was brought by William H. Eder, Jr., trustee in bankruptcy of the estate of the debt- or, Queen City Grain, Inc. (hereafter “Inc.”) for the avoidance and recovery of an alleged fraudulent transfer under 11 U.S.C. § 548.
