The plaintiff in this adversary proceeding, Northside Operating Company (“NOC”), d.b.a. Edgewater Medical Center (“EMC”) 1 , seeks recovery from the defendants, Edgewater Property Company (“EPC”) and PGR Properties, Inc. (“PGR”), 2 in a ten count complaint relating to actions concerning certain real property known as the “adjacent properties” and an option for the plaintiff to purchase those properties from one of the defendants.
