MEMORANDUM
BONSAL, District Judge.
Rios v. Enterprise Association Steamfitters, Local 638 of U.A., 400 F.Supp. 983, was instituted on February 26, 1971 as a class action wherein four non-white workers alleged violations by defendants of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended. United States v. Enterprise Association Steamfitters Local 638 of U.A., 71 Civ. 2877, (hereinafter referred to as the “government action”) was filed by the Attorney General on June 29, 1971, pursuant to his authority under Title VII, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e-6(a).
