Statement of Case.

The petitioner in this case, Jeff AVilliams. has invoked the original jurisdiction of this court by suing out a writ of habeas corpus. In his petition he alleges that he is unlawfully imprisoned and restrained of his liberty in the county jail in Oklahoma county, by the sheriff of Oklahoma county; that on April 28, 1924, one Lillian Holcombe filed a suit against him, the said Jeff Williams, for annulment of a purported marriage, and on the same date obtained an order against him to pay- $10 as cost deposit, $100 attorney fee. and $50 for the use and benefit of plaintiff :…
