This is a suit in equity by George Evanhoff against the State Industrial Accident Commission to enjoin the enforcement of Chapter 112, Laws of 1913, generally known as the Workmen’s Compensation Act. In the complaint it is alleged that plaintiff is a subject of the king of Bulgaria, but is a resident freeholder and taxpayer of the State of Oregon.
