Lord, J.:

This is a suit in equity to impeach and set aside a decree in equity. The decree was rendered, in a suit in equity, wherein J. "W. Greenwood and Eliza J. Smith were plaintiffs, and Mary C. Cline and Olive Newsome were defendants, commenced in August, 1876, in the Marion county *231court, to invalidate and set aside the will of Elizabeth J. Greenwood, and to have distribution of her estate made according to law instead of by the terms of said will.
