In a proposed simultaneous disposition of three District of Columbia disciplinary proceedings instituted by our Bar Counsel and one reciprocal discipline case that originated in Maryland, the Board on Professional Responsibility has recommended that Joseph A. Lopes be suspended from practice for six months, nunc pro tunc to July 29, 1998, and that his suspension be followed by a two-year period of probation, with conditions.
