TALIAFERRO, Judge.

The Chevrolet Motor Company, a New Jersey corporation, in the year 1933, sold and delivered to its dealer and distributor, the Bates-Crumley Chevrolet Company, Incorporated, of Shreveport, La., a new Chevrolet sedan automobile, which the dealer company, on September 30, 1933, sold and delivered to Mrs. E. G. Anderson, one of the plaintiffs in this case. After the car had been driven by Mrs. Anderson in and about the city of Shreveport for approximately 600 miles, she, pursuant to the service policy of the manufacturer and dealer, returned the car to the Bates-Crumley Company…
