Affirming.
Plaintiff, Robert P. Stone, brought this action against the Van Noy Railroad News Company and the Merchants Ice and Cold Storage Company to recover damages for personal injury. At the conclusion of plaintiff’s evidence the trial court directed a verdict in favor of defendants. Plaintiff appeals.
