The defendant, Emalie Diamond, appeals from the judgment of strict foreclosure rendered in favor of the plaintiff, Dreambuilders Construction, Inc. On appeal, the defendant claims that the trial court’s (1) order of a strict foreclosure instead of a foreclosure by sale was improper, (2) finding that there was a contract between her and the plaintiff was clearly erroneous, (3) finding of the value of the services and material furnished to support the mechanic’s lien was clearly erroneous, (4) finding that she could not avail herself of the protection of the Home Improvement…
