Plaintiff, Willard Dairy Corporation, filed this action in the District Court to recover from the defendants treble damages under Section 2(a) of the Clayton Act, as amended by Section 1 of the Robinson-Patman Act, Section 13(a), Title 15 United States Code.

The complaint alleged that the plaintiff was an Ohio corporation with its principal office and place of business at Willard, Huron County, Ohio, and was engaged in the processing and sale of dairy products within an approximate radius of forty miles of the Village of Willard; that the defendant National…
