THIS CAUSE came on for final eviden-tiary hearing December 14, 2000 on the Trustee’s Second Objection to the Debtor’s Exemptions concerning the issue of homestead. Creditor, John Allen Parvin (“Par-vin”), joined in the Objection, and the Debtor opposed the Objection. The merits of the objection concerning homestead and the Debtor’s opposition are also the subject of a Motion for Partial Summary Judgment filed by Parvin.
