THIS CASE came before the Court for hearing to consider the Objection to Claim of Exemptions filed by Gregory K. Crews, as Chapter 7 Trustee.

In 1989, the Debtor’s mother executed a Warranty Deed transferring certain real property (the Home) to the Debtor, subject to a life estate reserved for herself. The Debtor resides in the Home with his wife and mother.
