This case is before the court upon (i) Debtor’s Motion for Reconsideration (Docket No. 23) of the Order granting the Trustee’s [Unopposed] Objection to [Debt- or’s] Exemption under 11 U.S.C. § 522(d)(1) (Docket No. 16); (ii) the Trustee’s Opposition to Debtor’s Motion for Reconsideration (Docket No. 37); and (iii) Debtor’s Short Reply thereto (Docket No. 39).
