SHERAN, Chief Justice.
This is an appeal by K.P.H. from an order of the Juvenile Division of the Hennepin Coupty District Court referring him for prosecution as an adult for his alleged role in the January 1978 shooting ' death of a man sleeping in a car in Maple Plain. The appeal has been consolidated for decision with a petition for a writ of mandamus compelling the district court to order the prosecutor to present certain allegedly exculpatory evidence to the grand jury when and if the prosecutor presents the case to the grand jury for consideration.
