Certiorari to review a decision of the Industrial Commission awarding compensation benefits to petitioner.
The parties are in substantial agreement as to the facts. It is admitted that on June 27, 1955, while employed by Judd Brown Construction Company, petitioner fell from a railroad tank car to the ground, a distance of from 12 to 14 feet, and suffered an injury to his lower left leg, described as an extensively comminuted fracture of the joint surface of the tibia.
