This is an appeal from a decree of the Court of Common Pleas of Lackawanna County dismissing a bill in equity brought by the plaintiffs, Alfred M. Klein and others, against the Scranton Life Insurance Company and its directors, seeking to compel the defendants to permit the plaintiffs to examine the books of the corporation and to copy its list of shareholders.
